Aggregate Crushing Plant

Scope definition for brownfield site to incorporate an MCC switchroom from another site to the new site. 

Electrical drawing package from main switchboard down to field motors and instruments developed and completed.

Coordination with Department of Mines on compliance to arc flash and protection coordination requirements for crushing plants.

Execution of complete arc flash study for mitigation of arc flash hazards and determination of required PPE, with appropriate signage at the point of hazards.

Software design and implementation for PLC, HMI and control network were completed as well as software control narratives.

Site acceptance testing and commissioning support.
