Multi-phase project to upgrade and expand plant capacity over 3 years.

Documented initial plant design and created As Built electrical drawing set that did not exist.

Execution of electrical and control system detailed design.

Completed detailed engineering design of new motor control centres, power distribution, control system and network design.

Created P&ID drawings.

Designed the safety system utilizing configurable safety relays and Safe Torque Off for VSDs.

Completed software design and implementation for PLC, SCADA and control network.

Completed software control narratives.

Completed Site Acceptance Testing and Commissioning support.

Verified engineering and installation to Australian Standards, particularly AS3000, AS3008, AS4024.
