WECE managed the project for cost, schedule, quality variations and scope changes.

A Gantt chart and risk management reports were developed to manage schedules and potential risk for the project.

Execution of detailed electrical and control system design and completed detailed engineering design of main switchboard, motor control centres, power distribution control system and network design.

Engineering and installation procedures were verified according to Australian Standards, namely AS3000, AS3008 and AS4024.
